Terms of service

The short version: the Talent Traction System is free, your data is yours, and you should have your legal team review any hiring document before you put it in front of a real candidate. The full version is below.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Talent Traction System (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the service does

Talent Traction provides a hiring-method tool that helps companies build structured Talent Traction Systems for open roles. The Service generates hiring documents including job descriptions, scorecards, interview guides, sourcing strategies, and related hiring materials.

Account registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect anyone has used your account without your permission.

Your data

You keep ownership of all content you put into the Service — company information, role descriptions, candidate data, and any other materials you input. Talent Traction will not sell, share, or distribute your data to third parties except as needed to run the Service (see the Privacy Policy for the full sub-processor list).

Candidate data entered into the Service is stored securely and is only accessible to your account. Shared kit links never include candidate personally identifiable information.

Generated content

The Service uses a language model to generate hiring materials. We work to keep quality high, but generated content is a starting point and should be reviewed by qualified human professionals before use. Talent Traction does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal compliance of any generated content.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all materials before using them in your hiring process. Generated job descriptions, interview questions, and offer letters should be reviewed by your legal and HR teams for compliance with applicable employment laws.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of employment discrimination laws.
  • Try to access other users’ accounts or data.
  • Use the Service to generate content that discriminates based on protected characteristics.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service to build a competing product.

Intellectual property

The Talent Traction method, branding, software, and frameworks are owned by Talent Traction. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Service. Content you generate using the Service belongs to you, but the underlying method and templates remain Talent Traction’s property.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Talent Traction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses arising from hiring decisions made using generated materials.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. You may request export of your data within thirty days of termination. After thirty days, your data may be permanently deleted.

Changes to terms

Talent Traction may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted at the top of this page for at least thirty days, and if you have an active account we will email you. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
